Refund and Returns Policy

At Vorthen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Items without original packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Opened software, digital products, or gift cards.

3. Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely with all original contents.
  3. Ship to the return address provided by our team. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please follow the same return process and indicate your exchange request.

Vorthen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
