Q1: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your My Account page.
Q2: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact Customer Care immediately.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. International shipping will be available soon.
Q4: What if my product is damaged or faulty?
Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return/Refund Policy.
